Hey Guys! I'm Allie, your one of your leaders for the upcoming Swazi trip. I just recently found out that I will be going with you guys, and I must say after reading through your bios I am absolutely thrilled!

A little about me.... I just got back two weeks ago from leading a two month summer Real Life trip to India. The trip was awesome!  Before India, I was a participant myself on the Fall Real Life trip to Swaziland.   I'm so excited to be going back!  It was on that trip that the Lord really wrecked my life for him (in the best possible way). He shattered my prior false views of faith and showed me what it means to truly pick-up my cross and follow Christ. I'm still amazed at the blessings and freedom that come from surrendering the reigns to my life and allowing the Lord to guide me. 

In between trips and the adventures the Lord sends me on I live at home with my family in Santa Cruz, California.  As of yet, my future is excitingly unknown, as he continues to surprise me with the different places and people he takes me to.  I feel no real call to any particular region of the world, all I know is that he has given me a tremendous heart for people and relationships. There is so much joy in simply sitting next to someone and loving that person with Christ's love. I'm definitely wondering if he is leading me towards full-time missions in the future.

After seeing the Lord at work in Swaziland on my first trip, I am highly anticipating ours. Though its a very broken country, the people are such warm and generous people, and the children absolutely precious and full of love!  I can't wait to see what our good and generous Father is going to do!
